1. Who we are

2. Acceptance

By using variedadesdelfin.com or placing an order you accept these terms. They are governed by Colombian law, in particular the Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011) and Decree 1074 of 2015.

3. Products, prices and availability

• Prices are in Colombian pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes.
• Delivery or shipping is not included and is quoted on WhatsApp before the order is confirmed.
• Seasonal products and flash deals have limited stock and may sell out without notice. An order is only confirmed when we confirm it on WhatsApp.
• Photos are for illustration; colours and packaging may vary slightly.

4. How to order

1. Choose products on the site and send the order on WhatsApp.
2. We confirm stock, total and delivery method.
3. You pay by the agreed method (cash in store, Nequi, Daviplata, transfer or payment link). If you pay by transfer, Nequi or Daviplata, send the payment receipt in the same WhatsApp chat; the order ships once we confirm the money reached our account.
4. We hand over in store, deliver, or use the ride app you choose.

5. Delivery

Free pickup in store (every day 9:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.) or delivery in Bello and the Medellín metro area. Delivery times are estimates.

6. Warranty

All products carry the legal warranty under Law 1480 of 2011, plus the manufacturer's or importer's warranty where applicable. Contact us with your receipt to make a claim.

7. Right of withdrawal

For distance purchases you may withdraw within 5 business days of delivery (article 47, Law 1480 of 2011). The product must be returned unused, in its packaging and in the same condition; return shipping is paid by the buyer. Refunds are made within 30 calendar days. This does not apply to perishable, personal-use or custom-made products.

8. Payment reversal

If you paid by card or electronic means, you may request a payment reversal in the cases of article 51, Law 1480 of 2011 (fraud, unrequested transaction, product not received or defective), within 5 business days of learning of it.

9. Intellectual property

The site's text, logo and design belong to Variedades Delfín. Product brands belong to their owners.
