Personal data policy

2. Legal framework

This policy complies with the Colombian Constitution (articles 15 and 20), Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015) and related rules.

3. Data we collect

• Contact data: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email.
• Order data: products requested, delivery address and neighbourhood, notes.
• Browsing data: approximate IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, collected through cookies (see the Cookie policy).

We do not collect sensitive data or card details. Online payments, when offered, are made on the payment provider's platform (for example Wompi or Bold), which has its own privacy policy.

4. Purposes

• Answer questions and orders made through WhatsApp, email or the website.
• Arrange delivery or pickup and payment.
• Send information about products, deals and seasons, only with your consent.
• Measure and improve the website (aggregated statistics).
• Meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

5. Minors

The site is not aimed at people under 18. If a minor contacts us, their data will be handled in their best interest and with authorisation from their legal guardian (article 7, Law 1581 of 2012).

6. Your rights

• Know, update and correct your data.
• Request proof of the authorisation you gave.
• Be informed about how your data has been used.
• File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
• Revoke your authorisation or ask for deletion, when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep the data.
• Access your data free of charge.

7. How to exercise your rights

Write to arelly3276@gmail.com or WhatsApp +57 310 379 0554 with your name, ID number, request and a way to reply. Queries are answered within 10 business days (extendable by 5); claims within 15 business days (extendable by 8).

8. Transfers

We do not sell or share your data. Some services we use may store information outside Colombia, such as web hosting (GitHub), WhatsApp (Meta) and Google Analytics (Google), with adequate safeguards under article 26 of Law 1581 of 2012.

9. Security and retention

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures. Data is kept as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.

10. Changes

This policy is effective from publication. Material changes will be posted on this page.
